-‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌ A 3000 word systematic literature review article – Around 20 articles [it can be less but not below 18 and more but not more than 30]. – Primary research articles that are peer-reviewed should be used in discussion – Only use articles published between 2011-2021 – DO NOT USE review articles – DO NOT USE articles published before 2011 unless they can be justified – MUST MENTION current NICE guidelines that are in place for vesicoureteral reflux in paediatrics. – Main Imaging modalities that should be included and evaluated: Voiding cystourethrogram[VCUG], Ultrasound [US] and Dimercaptosuc‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌cinic acid scan [DMSA scan]. – In the evaluation, consider the following: radiation involved, cost, availability, patient comfort, best protocols for each modality etc. – Brief discussion and evaluation of Magnetic resonance voiding cystourethrography [MRVCUG] – Mention top-down and bottom-up approaches and which is better. – Conclude whether the NICE guidelines still apply today. Best imaging modality for the diagnosis of this pathology or are all of them required and needed to establish the final diagnosis? Are any improvements required? Future prospects? – Vancouver system of referencin‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌g
