Develop Diversity

The changing diversity in the United States creates an environment where organizational cultural competency is critical. It is important for managers and leaders to build a perspective that supports the value in appreciating human diversity that enhances the workplace environment. Chapter 13 suggests and supports that diversity links the marketplace and the workplace. The Diversity Initiatives and Programs, on pp. 469–474 with headings of 13-5A through 13-5F, suggest six steps of best practices to develop diversity. Th reference attached is (Daft, R. L. (2021).
