Offer specific details about the speaker that was offered in the speech. Discuss why the speaker has credibility of trustworthiness to discuss the topic. ( Does the person have a background of experience regarding the topic, or written books, or is famous etc). Explain, what gives this person credibility. Note: The speaker will usually talk about credibility in the first few mins of the presentation.

In the second paragraph discuss how the speaker presented the information. How was the speakers voice level, tone and overall energy as it related to the speech. How was the speaker’s posture and hand gestures? How did the speaker engage with the audience? How was the speakers confidence? Did the speaker keep your attention, if so, how and if not, why? Explain if you thought the speaker was a good speaker and why and explain what areas you think would have improved the speech.

In the third paragraph and conclusion discuss the challenges that you personally have in public speaking. Identify specific speaking techniques that the speaker stage used that could help you with your speech. For example, do you have trouble with eye contact, if so, how can you use the techniques the speaker used with eye contact in your own presentation? Overall, what did you take from the content of the presentation and and what did you learn from how the speaker gave the presentation.
