Small businesses have found that social media and the Internet help them to level the playing field. They can foster closer relationships with clients and identify potential customers. Your Task: Using the Internet, search for small businesses that have used social media to start a business or expand their market share. For the first part of the assignment, select two businesses to study. Analyze their use of social media. This portion should be submitted in ***report format***.
