What logistical challenges might there be to getting materials/people in and out of it?

In this Community Report, you will evaluate the local climate, logistics, and try to identify the environmental characteristics that may impact or be impacted by the NASA facility. Not much is understood about this new life form, so you should be asking yourself at point what risk there might be to the community and whether the community is equipped to handle such risk. Remember, you are evaluating the community, so make sure to describe both its strengths and weaknesses.
Make sure to address all of my questions in the prompts below.
Purpose: What is the climate of the community? Does it have extreme weather during any season of the year?Is it prone to certain types of natural disasters? If so, when did those natural disasters happen?Transportation: What logistical challenges might there be to getting materials/people in and out of it? Identify the major modes of travel that are used to transport people and goods into and out of the community. As a minimum, discuss highways, railroad tracks, and airports. Are these modes of transportation saf and updated?
Power/Energy: Are there majo oil/gas pipelines that run near/through it? Is there a nuclear power plant or nuclear storage facility close by? Does the community have a history of power blackouts?
Environment: Is it near a major source of clean, drinking water that could potentiall be polluted? What is the air quality in this community? Are there any Superfund sites in the community? Are there any endangered species in this area?
Public Health: Have there been any disease outbreaks that have caused public health concerns? What is the vvaccination rate for children in this community? What are the main public health problems in this community (i.e., contagious or other diseases, substance abuse, alchoholism, birth defects, STDs, food deserts)? You might need to look for this information at the county or state levels of government.
TIPS: Make sure to address all questions, stay focused on the prompts, describe, explain, and interpret, cite all of your sources (google maps is often cited for this report), summarize or paraphrase.
After conducting research into your community, you should write a 750 to 2,000 word report that does the following:
Describes the information you found (from at least 5 sources cited in APA style) and include examples as evidence;
Explains what that information means (i.e., is an average temperature of 65 degrees in the winter hot or cold?);
Evaluates what the information you found means for the viability of the community as a place to build the NASA facility. Make sure to do this for all topics discussed.
Below are the criteria that you should discuss in this report. Make sure to address all of the questions in each topic.
