Why do you suppose its difficult to measure intelligence? If we are not exposed to the same life experiences, educational opportunities, or other influences is it fair to say that a measurement that does not take all of those things into consideration is useful?

Understanding that there are different interests that lead us in different directions give an idea of why it might be difficult to put a measurement on a persons true intelligence.

For your discussion, talk about

What do you think is a fair way to measure intelligence and what should that tool be used for? Should there be measurements of intelligence at all? How does a persons measurement of intelligence add another label for society to judge?

As usual, your response should be well thought out, and have complete sentences.
