women in organizations: the glass ceiling

There are a vast number of areas to choose for a Final paper subject. There will be a specific date when the topic of your paper must be confirmed. As the class progresses you can discuss any ideas you might to pursue for a Final paper. I will also be giving suggestions as we move along. (see list below) Your paper is an informative research paper that adds breadth and depth to one specific area of organizational communication that you find interesting and/or challenging. The paper should begin with a strong introduction of the specific thesis or central idea followed by the body of the paper which should include 3-5 Main points specific to your central idea. The paper should conclude with a brief Summary of the main points. Your personal opinions are welcome, however , the main points need to be supported by research that includes, but is not limited to, brief or extended examples; expert testimonies; and statistics. We will be discussing the paper as the semester progresses.
