You are required to present the following issue in relation to Strategic Reward Management:You are managing a system of reward payment, with the objective that the staff involved should regard the system as being fair and equitable. Would you relate rewards to the demands of the job or the relative performance of the individuals doing the job? You should justify your decision and include the following;· The differing perceptions of PRP systems· The links between strategic reward and organizational strategies· The impact markets and legislation would have on the system
This will require you to undertake an 8-10 minute presentation.
Criteria for Presentation:Focus: identification of the issue – 30%Use of appropriate material, background research – 30%Structure and development of argument – 20%Clarity and fluency of presentation – 10%Use of resources, including use of PowerPoint – 10%
Also with a presentation, I would like to have a speech, to learn more about key points and be able to use that speech for talking. Further, this presentation does not need depth theoretical analysis ( just mention, or use theory). Also, this presentation requires an argument, academic thinking, and practical examples.
